(a) HOW TO REQUEST FOR SERVICE: Once you login to our website @ www.surpluspharm.com.ng, Kindly scroll up to the page with the description "Start Booking" or you can also access through the site menu. Kindly complete your request and submit.

We will review your document and give you a feed back in regards to how and where the service will be done alongside it's payment.

(b)  HOW TO JOIN THE COMPANIES AFFILIATE PROGRAM: This is how it functions, once you apply and you're been approved by the company to work as their affiliate, all you need to do is to promote their campaigns and refer patients to their business. Any service rendered to the patient or customer, you will receive a 60% commission on the patients or customers payment.

(c)  HOW TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS: After the patient or customer referred is been attended to, you will receive a mail from the company to apply for a withdrawal payment by sending your payment details to them. Kindly be informed that all payments will be processed within 24 hour's or 1-7 business day's.
